Why did I choose to study Psychology?

I hope you are very well. Today I will tell you a little about the career I am studying and how I got there. 

The first career that I remember being interested in was Veterinary Medicine since I have always loved animals and being able to help them in difficult times was something I longed for. Then, something that began to interest me a lot was the ocean, and this led me to want to study Marine Biology. Knowing what is in those places that humans have not been able to reach is fascinating but also terrifying to me. 

Sometime later, I started playing many sports and it became something that I am very passionate about to this day. In addition, I began to participate in activities such as student centers, sports clubs and I realized that I was very interested in social relationships. I began to look for a career that would allow me to combine both things and I concluded that Psychology was my thing. 

It is a discipline that I really like since it allows me to understand the human mind and the behaviors of people, both individuals and groups. 

I don't know exactly which general branch of Psychology I will choose however what I do know is that I would like to specialize in Sports Psychology and apply all my knowledge to the world of sports.
